My wishlist. Well it's more of a wantlist than a wishlist as most items in the list are under £50, but basically I've realised that there are a few gaps in my wardrobe that I need to fill...so as soon as my loan comes through I'll be buying these beauts:

Floral romper

Gladiator sandals, also in brown.

Either of these Marc Jacobs fragrances, I just love how fresh and clean they smell.

Floral leggings.

Denim playsuit.

A decent leather jacket (I've been sporting a nasty Primarni version of late).

Luella wayfarers.

Items I've bought recently include a vintage Levis denim waistcoat, a multi-strand gold necklace, a vintage fuchsia jersey body con skirt, stonewashed denim skinny jeans, stonewash denim AA shorts, an oversized vintage denim shirt and a black lace grunge dress. Seems I have a real thing for denim!

I've decided that I'm no longer going to try and keep up with the latest fashion forecasts because I always end up feeling like I'm coming off a bit too 'try hard'...plus I end up getting severely depressed when my wardrobe rapidly falls behind with the times when I have no money to update it. I'm aware that a lot of items in my list aren't exactly bang on trend for SS09 but I'd rather wear clothes that reflect my personal style and me as a person, and not the style of an editor of some glossy mag who will most likely push forward whatever trend she fancies based on which designer gives her the most freebies.

Plus with my current dire financial situation and what not it's probably ideal for me to start stocking up on quality basics that will see me through a couple of seasons, next stop American Apparel then....
